CCA provides its services to patients at no cost, meaning the organization’s ability to thrive, grow, and continue to serve patients is almost entirely dependent on donations and fundraising efforts. The organization was targeting big corporations and foundations as a source for funding. However, CCA lacked a strong digital presence, and it was not showing up in search engines. As a result, outreach and fundraising efforts were all but invisible to potential patients and donors.
The organization was working with an agency to provide startup marketing support, but CCA realized it needed to do more to increase its digital visibility, video storytelling, and brand awareness. CCA engaged TMC to work alongside its existing agency as a brand specialist.
